I was able to come back faster and stronger

After tearing my ACL & lateral meniscus in my left knee during the first day of high school soccer tryouts, I was determined to get back to playing as fast as I could. By going to physical therapy and adding in personal training three to four times a week to my rehabilitation, I was able to come back faster and stronger. I highly recommend this program if you want to get back to doing what you love as quickly as you can.
